- • They can’t provide the basics. We spent thousands on 4 nights. The mini bar was never restocked, even after we asked. This meant we had no bottled water in the room - all the bars ‘ran out’ , and so we tried twice to order water to the room and it never arrived. At 5:45am in the morning before our popular tour (Chichen itza) , their cafe offered us ice cream for breakfast. The food was okay, very limited menus. Their ATM only provides American dollars….

Terrible!
Simply the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I went to spend my birthday at this hotel, paid a lot. To have the worst service of my life. They left me without water in my room for three days and even when I called to ask, no one brought it. The breakfast was terrible with the worst possible quality products. The juice was industrialized, the minimum for a hotel of this cost would be natural juice. On my birthday, they didn't even wish me a happy birthday and it was another day I stayed without water. 1:30 to get any food to the room. Anyway. I found it terrible. I would never go back and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't think even a 2-star hotel has such bad service and quality. Industrialized pancake, all of terrible quality. Hated it. Only the room saved, which has a beautiful view. But no one will pay so much just for a room.

- • The fact we have to pay for a lawn chair to sit by the pool was crazy after we spent a lot of money to be here and we have access to everything
