- • It had a very bad sewage smell in the room plus some of the property and all the restaurants and swim up bars weren’t open or closed very early.
Don't go, it was the worst service because of the renewal.

- • They will remodel it, there weren't many clients and we were going for the party atmosphere but there wasn't any. But I would return, the hotel is spectacular.
Not what we expected
I liked the area of the property and the views of the ocean. The room has a magnificent layout. Staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly.

- • Food was bland, all drinks were watered down not just alcoholic ones, no activities throughout our stay. They had it posted on the activity list on the web page, but there was never anything going on. The 200 dollar credit was not recognized at check out. There were no instructions on how to use items in the room or a map of the resort's layout. We had to call the front desk every time we wanted to operate or do something. I didn't want to keep bothering them, but we had to. Very exhausting, no food served after 8 pm, so you will be hungry until the next day if you don't eat before. We will not be returning.
The staff was amazing! Beautiful views, beautiful rooms. 10/10
