- • After an incident requiring clarification, I did not like the communication with the management. I felt like I was being blamed for a mistake of the hotel. A clarifying conversation (with an appointment) was not kept by the management. I was no longer willing to schedule another appointment. As management, one should at least provide information if unable to keep appointments. As a manager, I have expectations of myself and of others.
Great hotel, excellent public transportation connection during the week, superb breakfast
The concept with the bakery in the hotel and the seating is unbeatable, it was really great, amazing rooftop terrace, unfortunately bad weather, great bus connection right outside the door, unfortunately runs too infrequently especially on weekends

- • The mattress protectors are plastic, causing excessive sweating, I had to remove them otherwise I couldn't sleep
