- • We enjoyed our entire stay very much. But we may enjoy our stay a little more if travel desk service was provided by the hotel management instead of third-party arrangement.

- • When it rained on Sunday, 17th May, it was not possible to cross over from one wing to the other as the connecting passage is exposed to rain. However, the staff helped us go through... this passage needs to be fixed for safe passage from one wing to the other.

- • Overall response was very slow. There were issues with the room which we informed reception and room service about, but no proper solution was provided. We suggested a room change or upgrade (chargeable) but surprisingly there was no response. Full money was debited before our arrival. Also, fluctuations in electricity were annoying (we were informed that it was due to the state government).
Enjoyable stay with family! Breakfast, pool, cleanliness, kids play area and activities, hospitality - these were the standouts.
Beautiful property, very well maintained. Positioning of the rooms is good. Kids play area is great. The restaurant was also quite good. Swimming pool is very nice!!
