The staff was exceptional, the whatsapp response for anything reservations or othe things was outstanding. the housekeeping is also outstanding the all go above and beyond. greatly trained and hospitable

It is a 5* spot packaged in a 4* hotel Service is great but they are understaffed, the spot is amazing but the hotel is ugly. At 1000€+ per night I am sure it is one of the most profitable Accor's hotel.
