- • Despite getting a non-smoking room, the smoking smell in the toilet is very strong.
Good hotel, good for layovers. Early check-in is possible, but needs to be confirmed as if it's busy, they will make you wait until 2 o'clock. We were given a free upgrade.

- • Fell for the free transfer, but in fact, there is no information anywhere on how to order it, where to look for it? No one responded promptly through the platform, so we had to take a taxi, luckily it was close, 30 yuan. On the way back, they said that the transfer would only work after 4 p.m., but they changed their minds and still took us for free.
Comfortable and staff excellent
The rooms are very clean, and the staff, especially Alyson and Hule, were very kind and professional. The rooms are quite big, and there is a free shuttle to the airport.

- • Just having a fridge in the room could have been a real plus, and the breakfast for Western people is too limited.

Excellent value and service
We only stayed one night between flights, but the hotel was very comfortable, and they went out of their way to organize the airport transfer for us, which was so helpful. The breakfast was good with a mix of Western and Chinese options. We did not eat in the evening, but think this was limited but not an issue for us.
