- • In the bathroom, sometimes bad smells were coming back. Breakfast was always the same every day, you can't choose, they don't have fruits, only eggs, arepa, and bread.

- • They don't clean the rooms. The same towel and sheets are not changed. Breakfast was not as described, not like American style. A lot of noise at night.
Villa is beautiful, a hotel NOT recommended at all.

- • The pillowcases and sheets were very dirty and stained. We moved a bed looking for an outlet and it was extremely filthy underneath. It was a room for 3 people but the bathroom had a bad door, so zero privacy added to the minimum space in the room where you can barely walk between the beds, additionally, there is minimal space for suitcases which is insufficient for 3 people, so we had to leave everything on the floor. They charged us a traveler's stay insurance that was not in the reservation and it really increased the cost a lot. Regarding the noise, it is impossible to rest during the day since they have background music all day for the businesses below the same hotel.

- • Rooms very dirty, sheets very dirty, bathroom in very bad condition and poorly cleaned

- • The rooms are super small and above the kitchen, which causes a smell of oil and grease to rise, the smell is very bad. The parking lot is about 4 blocks from the hotel and is not guarded, the cars are locked with barbed wire, but there is no one watching.
