Beautiful hotel and rooms
Our room wasn't ready on time, but the staff dealt with it incredibly well, they upgraded us to a nicer and bigger room, offered us free drinks whilst we relax and wait. The room was ready within the hour. The reception and front door staff were so helpful with everything regarding our stay.

- • I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I paid around €350 per night, expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately the service was far below that standard. The biggest issue was that the hotel completely lost track of my car after valet parking. I waited for a long time while the staff had no idea where my car was, and no one took responsibility or offered a sincere apology. Because of the poor service, I decided to check out early that same night. To make matters worse, when I asked about my security deposit, I was told they didn’t know where it was and that I should come back the next day. That is simply unacceptable. For a hotel charging these rates, I expected professionalism, organization, and respect for its guests. Instead, I experienced confusion, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, investigates what happened, and offers a proper explanation and apology. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay! The hotel benefits from an ideal location, while being very quiet, which allows for a good rest. The team is welcoming, warm, and always available. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and pleasant. A very nice address that I recommend without hesitation. I will gladly return!

A real vacation with taste and in silence!
Wonderful, very quiet, comfortable hotel, around the corner from the main streets. A real boutique hotel overlooking a quiet square, in the style of Belgravia. The staff is very friendly, they also speak English. It's so quiet that I deliberately opened the window to the inner courtyard at night to fall asleep to the sound of the fountain and birds! Perfectly tuned air conditioner! Magnificent bed, linen, and pillows! There is coffee, tea in the room, they bring chocolates and cookies in the evening (sometimes they forget). Magnificent spa with a pool with a very correct water temperature: cools down after the heat, but not cold! The sauna and hammam are also good.

- • At breakfast, the very beautiful young ladies need to be trained in making and serving cafe latte, as the more senior colleague knows how to make and serve it. But everyone is great and tries very hard!
