- • Beware of the almost boiling water in the shower, lukewarm water remains average, needs to be checked...
Great stay - very private, which was preferred. The garden lounge was outstanding.

Expectations higher than reality... a pity.
The room was spacious and well laid out. Bathroom was good, shower definitely and bed also fine.

- • The location is worthless. The luxury hotel does not match the less luxurious surroundings. To shop and dine in a chic and decent environment, you quickly have to take a 20-minute taxi ride towards Zavel/Sablon. The hotel itself was very warm in atmosphere, but unfortunately also in temperature inside, the lobby, etc. Of course, it was hot days in the city, but the room did not cool down well (after contacting the staff twice, it finally worked). You wish after your trip that the room is ready first (it wasn't), the room is at a fresh and cool temperature upon arrival (which unfortunately was not the case). I also had a good hope during booking that all requests were ready, and upon arrival, this was not the case. It was said that there would be a dog bed and food bowl for my dog in the room, this was also mentioned in the written confirmation, unfortunately, it was not there, just like the early check-in that was also confirmed. If you then book an upgrade in terms of room in a 5-star boutique hotel, where according to the reviews service and requests are very well followed up, the arrival and the start of the stay are not as desired. Unfortunately, for us, due to these points and other issues (slow room service, dishes not available, and bringing wrong drinks to the room), no new booking.
