I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt so much that I decided to extend it. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the staff — friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was so good that extending my stay was an easy decision. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent
An Exceptional Stay – Truly Outstanding Hotel & Staff We have just finished an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay, and honestly, it has been exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. The location is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are fantastic and the whole place has such a relaxed, luxurious feel to it. Everything is exceptionally well maintained, and you can tell there is a real pride in the hotel and the service they provide. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the people. A very special mention has to go to Sophiane, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of care, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Sophiane genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We would also like to give a huge thank you to all the staff on the front desk at the entrance of the hotel. Every single person we dealt with was welcoming, helpful, professional and incredibly friendly. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely valued as guests. It is easy for a hotel to have beautiful surroundings, but it is the staff who create the experience, and the team here absolutely nailed it. We have travelled to many places and stayed in some excellent hotels, but this stay will genuinely stand out as one of the best. The combination of the beautiful setting, fantastic facilities, incredible service and, most importantly, the people makes this somewhere we would 100% return
