- • Other than the quality of the patisserie cafe, both the taste and variety of pastries could be better. The ice cream was also hard compared to last year.

Second time we come here (previous room 6222 block Simena). What stands out is the friendly, helpful, and very professional staff. Everyone is doing their best to ensure a pleasant stay. Truly a resort where you have everything, both activities and tranquility. So there is something for everyone. This year there are adjustments, including in the Adults Only restaurant, which we have certainly enjoyed. Additionally, the patisserie has changed slightly but is still a nice place. Spent more time by the sea than the pool (see reasons below)

- • At check-in, it turned out that the room (with sea view and two separate sleeping places) was not what I had requested and confirmed. I have difficulty walking (we went with an employee through many places) and it is a large resort. In the end, we got a room with stairs to access the pool. This was supposed to be an upgrade; however, it turned out that the difference was not significant (30 euros). Especially when I realized that the pool in that block was not heated, so I was not happy at all because it had no added value. A cold pool, no sea view. Once in the room, the balcony door was not working, and much later, it turned out there were ants in the room. I discussed this with Gamze from customer service. Changing rooms was pointless because we would already be leaving the next morning. She would use our feedback so that people booking a holiday with that room in the spring or fall are informed about the beautiful pool with a pool bar that is not heated. Only the Main Pool and Adult Only pool are heated; all the other pools are not. Hopefully, next time we will get a nice room (with correct information), and I find it unfortunate that they did not offer compensation because we were indeed disappointed with the room (check-in took a lot of time, which was lost, and what the situation was afterward). - • However, several serious issues significantly affected our stay: Splintering wood in the room, dangerous for our crawling toddler. Sharp screws sticking out of the floor in the Kids Club – serious safety hazard. Wall panels came loose, only fixed after a few hours later. Food was often cold, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Despite reporting the issues multiple times, nothing was documented. From a 5-star hotel and a platform like Booking, we expected much more – especially in terms of child safety and service quality.
Amazing family stay
Perfect hotel, modern and cozy design, very clean, staff is super friendly and attentive. Great shows every night, food is great, rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable.

- • Rooms are not very spacious - you bump into each other all the time. Only one pool table and also only one ping pong table, sometimes it’s not enough for everyone who wants to play. But these are very minor comments, the rest is great. Also, we were surprised that you can’t smoke hookah (shisha) anywhere in the hotel, very strange for Turkey
