Basic structure, spacious rooms but with a sewer smell from the bathroom. Clean and fairly comfortable beds. It is uphill in Labuan Bajo but it takes 5 minutes to walk down to the street with local venues. There is a good restaurant with a large panoramic terrace nearby. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Cornelius helped us find a driver for our trip to Flores at a very honest price. Recommended!

The welcome from Cornelius and Rosie was incredible! They are so kind! They helped us rent scooters for our entire stay and organize our diving trip. We discovered the 'Flores Diving Center'; really great! It is a traditional house, in the heart of the village. It is relatively quiet. However, like in all villages of this kind, there are sewer smells. The beds are very comfortable, and there is hot water in the shower. The breakfast is delicious! We highly recommend this place!

- • Strong sewer smells in the first room. We know it's normal in this type of house in the village center. And we dealt with it. Especially since Cornelius and Rosie are really lovely!

- • It was really really RAW. The bathroom is not a bathroom that I could consider for a homestay. The door and the windows didn't close correctly and completely. I don't suggest this homestay if you don't want a true Flores experience.
