- • Fair service. They didn't change the towels and the extra bed wasn't made.
Very complete breakfast. I had requested a room on the other side of the road and it was done. Very quiet hotel, we can't hear the other guests at all.

- • The second bed was not prepared even though we were 4 guests on the reservation. I had to ask for the sheets, which were brought to me, but I had to make the bed myself!
We loved our stay
This is a fantastic location right next to the train station. You can reach the city center in less than 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and I felt very safe. There are shops and facilities around the hotel and great laundry services. We are really happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this property for a short or long stay in Boston!
I really liked the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. Also, being very close to a subway that takes you straight to downtown was a major advantage.

- • Everything was great. I do wish there were a few more options for breakfast (e.g., non-pork meats). Also, the parking is a bit limited.
