- • Very noisy location. Terrace doors do not close properly. Some rooms need renovation as they have been used as apartments.

- • For Chennai central cab booking, the quoted amount was very high, almost 5 times more than Ola and Uber. Please consider how you can reduce it. I believe the price should be competitive with Ola and Uber.
Service So Good It Should Be on the Menu
Had a great stay at the Taj Wellington in Chennai; but let's be honest, while the building is lovely... the staff is the real five-star feature. Warm, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead without ever being over the top. By day two, they made me feel less like a guest and more like a mildly spoiled regular. If they could bottle that level of hospitality, they would make a fortune. Would happily stay again.

- • Could benefit from a choice of restaurants. Internet speeds are just about okay... but that's true of most of India.
