- • Bad treatment by the reception staff and trying to deduct the amount of the reservation, knowing that the amount was deducted by Booking. When I went out, they deducted an additional amount and it turned out that it was by mistake and the amount has not returned yet.

- • The reception staff wanted to deduct the reservation amount, although the amount was paid by Booking. After discussions and confirmation from the receptionist, it turned out that the amount was paid, and when I went out, they deducted an additional amount, causing a mistake, and they did not return the amount until now.
Very practical, always good, well-known label!
Service and friendliness. We forgot a cap in the closet and easily got it back. That leaves a very good impression. I left a blouse behind in a very chic hotel in Lyon last year, called the same day and found nothing. I will never go there again. At Van der Valk, it was just a cap, but greatly appreciated!
