The hotel was overall very nice and we would vacation there again. All staff members are extremely friendly and competent. Service is truly TOP. The doctor is really good. If you need him, you are in good hands. Guest relations are also great. A big shoutout to Farah, who does a really great job.

Excellent vacation location irrespective of whether you’re going solo to recharge or as a family - facilities allow for everything. Service is amazing, there is always someone who would solve your problem. Dedicated airport shuttle is great. Beach is sandy and well groomed. Lots of variety in dishes. Special thanks to Youssef who attended my table during breakfast and dinner at the main building. It might be pricey but it’s fully worth it.

- • The air conditioning was excessively cold, very complicated to make oneself understood because I had asked for oat milk for my coffee and was served cow's milk. Fortunately, they apologized but for such a standard when you say it several times, the message should get across. At lunch and dinner during the buffet, you are asked 20 times if everything is okay, once seems enough. The mattress is springy...
