- • We had booked all inclusive via booking.com - 500 € per night!!!!!! at the hotel - and did NOT get all inclusive / even the coffee in the room was supposed to cost an extra 3.50 € per cup - poor value for money - I expect better from a 5* hotel especially since we booked privately and not as a package tour
It was very relaxing and great
It was a very clean and tidy resort. Beautiful pools and a private beach. The food was very tasty and there was really good variety, also at the bar.

- • The location is a bit far out. But that is perfect if you don't plan on doing any activities or don't mind taking a longer drive.

It was an enjoyable trip, the hotel features a beautiful view and a sandy and attractive beach, all the staff are very friendly, I would like to thank all the staff in the restaurants and bars: Halmy, Ahmed, Ahmed, Raymond, Mr. Wael. Thank you Chef Mohamed Fouad from the bottom of my heart, Mustafa. We will repeat the experience again

- • This was our fourth stay at this hotel and unfortunately we won't be returning after we've seen the quality gradually diminish and the price increase. While the hotel design and grounds have a lovely, fresh, open feel, there were too many negatives for us on this trip. The room amenities have been devalued, with a Nespresso machine provided but they now charge for the pods (never come across this in a five star hotel before, especially one that is 'all inclusive'), hair conditioner is no longer provided in the bathroom - only a poor quality combined shampoo/conditioner, the food quality was average with both of us becoming ill on our last day from something we ate there, plus the beach and pool areas are a mess by lunchtime with dirty towels covering the majority of sunbeds with no one cleaning them up. This hotel no longer has the five-star quality it used to have.
