The bed was really comfortable, there were lifts in the property and the bathroom ensuite was clean.

- • The window in the room didn't open and the Aircon didn't work first time - I had to go back down to reception to ask them to turn it on and even then it was only changeable by 1 pt.

- • The toilet brush and garbage bag are missing. The coffee machine is not working. Carpet cleaning after 8:00 PM is not necessary.

- • The air con was not working. The windows dont open. My bedding wasn't changed. The coffee machine didn't work. There are crack heads everywhere, probably a better stay in cardiff prison across the road. £189 for two nights was extortionate. The employees should be wearing ski masks for daylight robbery at least.

- • The rooms were nice but small and storage is in short supply, had a small area to put clothes but no where near enough, not even a place to hang coats (not good when they are wet)
