Their reception and housekeeping are very bad. Delay in receiving the room. Lack of cleanliness in the room. The toilet bidet has been broken for a week, and it has not been fixed despite contacting them every time. Every time the technician comes and does nothing. The receptionist told me to close and open it every time it is used, as if we are ignorant and do not understand hotels. She said this is the hotel's policy and all bathrooms are used this way, although I booked 3 rooms and only my room had this problem. Poor management and worse staff.

Not good!!
This has been the worst service I’ve experienced at a luxury hotel. Service is extremely slow, especially from the kitchen, and many employees seem more focused on their phones or computers than guests. You can walk through the lobby without anyone acknowledging or greeting you. The housekeeping staff, however, has been outstanding. Overall, the service simply does not meet luxury hotel standards.

It's was wonderful times with the best high-quality personal stuff and food Burak-Ozan and his masters even the general one was very warm and pleasant...I can say they are all a very great family and I would like to be part of this family for a day. Being here was like in a dream very good place and peoples...love Turkey Burak-Ozan was the best with his masters and family of mandarin italian restaurant

Olea and Mandarine Hotel Istanbul. Unforgivable experience
Probably the best hotel in the city. Perfect location. Incredible service. I dined multiple times at Olea, what an incredible view and service, from Ibrahim to Akif and to Elif, all try hard to make your experience a stellar one. You don’t have time to look at the menu, it’s fine, just tell them what you like. You want the same wine you had 4 days ago they remember. It’s hard to come to Istanbul and not come to this hotel and to Olea
