Their reception is very bad and the housekeeping. Delay in receiving the room. Lack of cleanliness in the room. The toilet spray is broken, and it has been a week living in the room without being fixed. Every time I contact them, the technician comes and does nothing. The receptionist told me to close and open it every time I use it, as if we are ignorant and do not understand hotels. She said this is the hotel's policy and all bathrooms are used like that, knowing that I booked 3 rooms and only my room has a problem. Poor management and worse staff
