Crockfords is a partial anagram for Crock of …
The passive aggressive housekeepers who kept moving the ensuite bathroom mats for guests to either trip over or break one’s neck. The west wing of Crockfords is a carpark view fyi. The distance from front desk to the ‘upgraded room’ was a very long way through 6 doors

- • Ana L at reception, once I could find it, insisting on presenting me with the room card in both hands like a ‘plump squirrel’ eating with her thumbs on it. A very unattractive welcoming pre-sentation. The room upgrade avoided giving me the food credit, free parking and city view, I had paid for.
Great Stay and Staff!
Crockfords is such a wonderful place to stay in Las Vegas. The separate and exclusive entrance as well as the ambience and hospitality are simply top-notch! From the moment that we walked in and had an amazing check-in and welcoming experience with Stephanie to the last moment of our stay, it was a wonderful experience that will definitely be repeated in the future! I would highly recommend to stay here and when you’re checking in, hopefully you will also experience Stephanie’s warmth and engaging personality! Great hotel and staff!

Superb experience
Beautiful room with a large bay window offering a superb view of the Strip. The reception reserved for Crockford allows an 'exclusive' experience for arrival and departure without the endless queues as often the case in Las Vegas hotels. The same goes for the pool with a reserved pool. Great dining options: a favorite for the Allee lounge on the 66th floor

- • Bedding a bit too soft. I had to claim the $100 credit which was not automatically deducted, not all restaurants/bars are eligible, I would have liked more clarity on this package upon arrival but in the end, I was able to benefit from the offer. Hotel location is a bit off-center compared to the heart of the Strip
Fantastic! Not directly in the center but you can walk there if you want
Fantastic. The service is very close to European 5-star standards

- • The food in the restaurants on the premises. Not good food if you usually visit Europe or hotels like the Adlon in Berlin
It's worth the money

Five Star Ambition, Four Star Delivery
I recently stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas as part of a multi-hotel trip across several high-end properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Crockfords gets a lot right, but the experience is not consistently aligned with its ultra luxury positioning. The suite was exceptional. Modern design, high-end finishes, and a layout that feels both spacious and intentional. The bathroom stands out with premium materials, a deep soaking tub, and advanced bidet functionality that rivals international luxury standards. The room itself absolutely delivers on the visual and physical side of luxury. The arrival experience was also excellent. Tony at check-in was outstanding and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. That level of personal attention set a strong tone from the start. Crockfords also creates a sense of exclusivity with its private check-in area, dedicated valet, and attentive bell service. One of the more unique touches was the private hors d'oeuvre style breakfast offering near the lobby referred to as Secret, which was a thoughtful and appreciated addition. The in-room toiletries were high quality and well selected, further reinforcing the premium feel. The pool complex is another highlight. It is large, visually impressive, and offers a more controlled and quieter environment for Crockfords guests compared to the rest of the resort. However, the experience becomes inconsistent in key moments. Service at times felt more policy-driven than guest-focused. I was not allowed to briefly preview the spa before committing to a day pass, and at the 66th-floor lounge I was asked to leave and return later rather than being offered a place to wait even though seating was available. At this level, flexibility and discretion are expected. The most noticeable issue came with in-room dining. I ordered Old Fashioneds expecting a craft cocktail experience consistent with a hotel in this category. Instead, the drinks were delivered in pre-bottled retail containers. No fresh preparation, no presentation, and even basic details like proper ice were initially overlooked. This was a clear disconnect from the otherwise high-end environment of the room. This highlights the core issue. Crockfords offers a strong luxury product in terms of design and accommodations, but the overall experience can feel diluted by the shared high-volume nature of the larger resort. This is still a very good hotel, but not yet a complete luxury experience. Crockfords delivers where it comes to rooms and select amenities, but to truly compete with the top tier in Las Vegas, it needs greater consistency in service execution and more attention to detail across all guest interactions. I would consider staying again, but with adjusted expectations.
