Close to the subway and several commercial establishments. Courteous and helpful staff, very good cleanliness of the place, everything smells nice, easy access, quiet.

- • I asked for an accessible room that does not have a box (normal), but the floor is very slippery, making it dangerous to walk on it after taking a shower (I had to request 2 more bathroom mats to have a little more safety).

- • The bathroom is very old, only 10 TV channels, they did not clean the room!! When we asked, they told us that we had to request the cleaning!!! That is very bad, they claim to be a 4-star hotel. There were no towels in the bathroom, only 2 bath towels
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOU AVOID THE PLAGUE
The most complicated hotel I ever saw in my life. And I traveled the whole world. They ask so many questions before check-in, but their link to send the info does not work. Their customer service is difficult to access and people are not polite. A CRAP PLACE, DO NOT GO THERE.
