Top Boutique Hotel in the heart of Munich with excellent service quality of all employees.
Excellent service quality from all employees! Best location in the heart of the city. Top bar. Rarely have I seen such motivated employees who make the stay at the boutique hotel something special. A highlight is also the room's perfectly equipped bar, which leaves nothing to be desired. Each of the 31 rooms is dedicated to a specific FC Bayern game.

- • At check-in, the room was not ready yet, which was okay because it was before 3:00 p.m. When we later just wanted to pick up the keys, the reception was occupied, which was also okay. What bothered us is that the receptionist took a lot of time with the guests in front of us and gave them restaurant tips for their next visit (they had already planned the only evening of their stay elsewhere), even though he saw us waiting. In the room, with a window facing the town hall and therefore visible from the outside, a privacy blind was broken (could not be raised/lowered). I reported this in the morning at the reception and they said they would take care of the problem immediately. In the evening, the repair was not done. I reported it again and they said they would repair it, but it still wasn't done. So nothing was repaired and nothing was said about it. Finally, we had booked breakfast, but skipped it once for a white sausage breakfast. The hotel refused to refund the cost of this breakfast (Euro 70 for 2 people). Even though it was of course the hotel's right, I found it very inflexible for a 5-star hotel.
