- • We were first given a room on the north side and you could hear the music from the Rundle st area . We asked to be moved and this was at 9.30-10pm , the staff were very obliging and found us a room on the other side of the hotel . All done in a timely and helpful manner .

- • Just minor cleaning improvements could be done, was dusty and there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. Very minor though.

The décor is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, creating a really special atmosphere throughout the hotel. However, the customer service was the real highlight of our stay. Staff members we encountered were friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. We felt valued and looked after. The staff went above and beyond at breakfast. It’s the exceptional customer service that truly makes Sofitel Adelaide stand out, and we would happily return for the yummy breakfast

- • It tried too hard to be modern. Hated the bathtub in the middle of the room. The mattress was so soft my back hurt the whole time. I was there and we were there for a long time. I would never stay in that property again.
