Not up to Hilton standards
The nickel and diming here is outrageous. I just need hot water and they don’t offer a hot water kettle nor a microwave nor a coffee pot. I understand if they don’t want to offer a coffee pot because they want to force you out of your room for coffee in the morning but no ability to heat anything is digiusting and this is below Hilton standards. I’m surprised Hilton attached its name to this property. No bath robes no slippers no turn down service. Nothing that a Conrad normally has. This is only day 1 for me and I am waiting on a very long Starbucks line that I had to walk a million miles to get to from the Conrad, to get hot water. SMH do better HILTON

Conrad is the way to go
A bit too North in terms of location but otherwise a solid hotel and resort. It has multiple pools and decent food options. Unfortunately their once stellar food court has been hollowed out with some of the restaurants with weekend-only hours. The rooms are spacious and clean. I had issues with the digital check-in, but the digital room key worked. The Crockfords is pricey, but the Conrad is the best balance of value with room style. The Alle 66 bar has one of the best views of the Strip and very good cocktails.

Great property, sub par service
I recently stayed at Conrad Las Vegas and had mixed feelings about what should have been a premium experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and well-maintained, and most staff members were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, several issues detracted from my stay.At check-in, I was informed that because I booked through Expedia, I would not receive the full benefits associated with my Expedia Silver or Hilton Gold status. I was also charged a $300 security deposit and about $125 in resort fees for a two-night stay, which felt excessive. Additionally, the pool closed at 7 PM, limiting access to one of the property’s main amenities on my arrival day.The most concerning issue occurred on the second day when my card was declined while paying for dinner. After reviewing my account, I discovered Conrad had placed duplicate authorizations of approximately $425 each, along with an unexplained $78 charge, tying up nearly $1,000 of my available funds. A front desk agent acknowledged the duplicate authorization and attributed it to a card-processing issue but could not explain the additional charge. I was told the funds would be released within 4–7 business days after checkout. As a Hilton Gold member, I expected better accountability and a faster resolution. I requested that the resort fees be waived as a goodwill gesture, but was told a manager would need to review the request after checkout. I would appreciate direct contact from hotel management.

Amazing front desk experience
I had a wonderful check in experience with Ken. Despite having some issues with our booking he was so considerate and thoughtful throughout the whole experience and we really felt like we were taken care of. Ken truly values a high value client experience and the way he interacted with us made us extremely satisfied, which is a big part of the experience when traveling. We made a great choice booking with the Conrad.
