- • Views from the hotel can be lacking, our room was facing the street and at 7am in the morning we could hear a bus parking just below.

- • Incomplete offer - no room cleaning, no coffee corner in the rooms, no available meals or drinks in the restaurant - given as a reason for the strike, without any discount for the stay. Additionally, no possibility to prepare breakfast when leaving the hotel early.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel were top-notch. Everything was always there and the coffee was really good. You can take the train directly from the airport to Florida station and be at the hotel in 5 minutes, very competent and friendly check-in.

Very comfortable stay, but the place makes me feel old.
Rooms are very comfortable, big and clean. I had stayed here before and the breakfast was much better this time, a real improvement.

- • The breakfast wasn't great. Apparently there was a strike on and we were told in advance that there wasn't going to be the variety or standard that there is normally.
Staying with a panoramic view of the fjord at sunrise and sunset was a memorable privilege.
Warm welcome. Very quiet and well-located hotel. Hearty buffet breakfast. We had two immediately adjacent rooms. The large windows in each room and the large windows in the dining room offering a panoramic view of the fjord marina at sunset and sunrise are some of the great memories of our trip to Norway.

- • There was a strike in the hotel during our stay, facilities were severely restricted, rooms weren’t cleaned for the 6 days of our stay, restaurant and bar service were very limited. The staff that were working were doing heroically, working around the clock. Unfortunately, the hotel did not advise us in advance of the strike although it was known in advance so we didn’t have an option to reschedule our stay. We weren’t offered a discount, refund or any alternative.
