- • Small room for price, parking cost, aesthetics- unpainted ceilings are n room. Overall not good bang for buck.

- • Freight train rushing by at all hours beeping its horn at rail crossings. Ugly Cell tower about 200 feet away from rooms facing Strawbridge street and Waverly. Roof top Restaurant food marginal. Free breakfast not actually free. You get an a la carte voucher for a certain amount and anything above that is charged to your room. You must pay to park even if you are a guest.
Clean room, a little noisy but to be expected as there were Saint Patrick's celebrations outside.

- • $25 dollars to park… really? You are staying there overnight, which usually means you are most likely driving. Ridiculous, just a money grab…

The view was the most attractive of the property, and in addition to that was the rooftop bar, and the bed was very comfortable.

- • During our stay, the elevator shut down with people and children in it and it took a very long time for assistance to help them so that was a little discouraging when went to use the other functional elevator. Also as we were on the rooftop eating our breakfast, we were attacked by swarms of noseeums that unfortunately gave us bites all over and made it very uncomfortable to continue our meal without being disturbed, we actually had to relocate inside to pay our tab.
Love the hotel and all its amenities. Love the modern feel and the gym.
