- • Emplacement très très inconfortable, chambre/villa très difficile d'accès (funiculaire - ajoutant 10 minutes juste pour aller au petit-déjeuner), accès très encombrant pour se rendre à El Nido. Installations/villas très datées et pas aussi propres qu'elles devraient l'être. Globalement décevant !

- • Le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel est horrible, la plage est impraticable, il faut prendre un bateau pour aller à la plage, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils n'utilisent pas de taxis aquatiques pour aller à la plage !! Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment mauvais, un petit morceau de fruit, c'était la saison des mangues et je n'ai jamais vu de mangue ! Au bar, vous devez payer pour des cacahuètes ou tout autre type de snack ! Un soir, nous avons entendu un homme marcher autour de notre appartement et nous a réveillés effrayés ! J'ai appelé la sécurité et ils n'ont pas vérifié et quand j'ai rappelé, ils ont dit que c'était de la maintenance - à 3 heures du matin !!! Aucune excuse !!

The view from the room was phenomenal. There were enough glasses and clean towels. The beds were very comfortable. Butler service. Shuttle bus options to get to town.

- • It was worn out. The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had at a hotel. They mostly served only sliced apple pieces as fruit. There were some dinner options to choose from for breakfast, and a little salad, but otherwise no vegetables. Ordered an omelette, but it was very dry. Lacked healthy alternatives. I had an ambivalent relationship with the cable car, it was scary to take, creaked and screamed on the wire, made me unsure of when it was maintained and the safety around if something were to happen to it. The price for the stay did not match what the hotel offered. It was far to the restaurant. Steep stairs.
