Everything was nice and clean, the only thing that was bad was the parking at the hotel. There is no parking and the free parking in the neighborhood was 10 minutes away and was also full 50% of the time, finding parking was difficult. Accommodation was very good.

Lack of humanity
My review is incorrect because I did not stay at the hotel. I made my reservation and realized the next morning, not even 12 hours after, that I had booked the wrong week. I immediately called hotel.com and the hotel directly, which refused to move my night without repaying the full amount. A hotel is a business and a commercial gesture is possible when the management wishes to do so. I am very disappointed by the lack of consideration for customers, the only responses I received were 'send an email' and 'no changes planned in your reservation,' no one bothered to contact me by phone to discuss it.
