- • The customer service was very disappointing. The reception staff member wearing a green shirt was extremely rude and showed no proper customer-service attitude. He appeared completely unaware of how to deal with guests professionally. On top of that, the bathroom basin was not draining properly, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
