Beautiful hotel in the middle of Porto
Central location, yet quiet. Well-kept hotel, very attentive staff. Beautiful rooms.

- • It was perfect for us, but for people with walking difficulties, it might be a challenge due to many stairs. Should be indicated when booking.
The fact that it was built in the 16th century with 21st-century amenities and an amazing location, I can't say enough how much
First and foremost, the location is amazing. A short walk to just about everything. Any other hotel honestly is a major walk or Uber ride or metro ride. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was heated and had a great sauna and steam room. We had great massages from Julianna. One of the best things was the very fast and efficient elevators. The staff was super friendly and helpful (top-notch). We had dinner one night and it was very good. It's honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I've been to over 25 different countries. I 100% recommend this hotel if you're visiting Porto. I forgot to mention the shower had amazing pressure with a rain shower head and instant hot water.

- • My only complaint would be the placement of their power outlets. A few could've been more convenient. It was a bummer the outside pool was closed for maintenance, but that being said, it was in the low 60s so it wasn't that disappointing considering how awesome the indoor pool was.

- • Room's actual size is 15 square meters. Windows haven't been cleaned for months. The overall comfort of the room does not meet the conditions for a 5-star rating. The fact that it's in a pedestrian area is not announced in the offer, there are problems with parking at a distance.
Would recommend to others to strongly consider this property
Indoor pool as well as access to the steam/sauna was a nice amenity. Also, the daily breakfast was excellent as was the staff overall! Great property all in all.

- • Mirror in the bathroom was tinted, thus hard for my wife to put on makeup, shave, etc.
