Good Value But Don’t Expect Luxury
The location is excellent if you have a car. If not, it’s about a 15-minute drive to Taksim or Galata Port, with a taxi costing around $10–15. We stayed in the Suite with Terrace. The room was beautifully designed and spacious, although it could have been cleaner. The staff were outstanding. Mostly young professionals, they consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to Daniel, who was exceptionally service-oriented. Despite his young age, he provided a level of service you would expect from a luxury five-star hotel.

- • On the downside, we were disappointed with the food. Turkish breakfasts are usually generous and full of variety, but this one was very poor. There was almost no cheese selection, very few vegetables, and what was available wasn’t of great quality. Most of the remaining options were deep-fried or sweet pastries. Another inconvenience was that you couldn’t order a cappuccino during lunch because the coffee machine was switched off after breakfast. There was no coffee machine in the room, even we had the highest room category The rooftop restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing, and the Summer breakfast Terrace looked tired, poorly maintained, and wasn’t particularly clean. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its wonderful staff, but the food quality, cleanliness, and dining facilities need and improvement
