Exemplary!
Excellent stay at EQ. From check-in to check-out, I experienced flawless service. I had a lounge access room, which no doubt added to the quality of my stay. A special mention goes out to MJ and Krishen, but all the staff were exemplary. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel
This was my 2nd stay at the EQ. The rooms are modern and functional. I think I had the same room both times and it had a view of the Petronas Towers which are spectacular at night. This time I had Equator Club access which was excellent. The staff there (MJ and the others) really looked after me. The housekeepers were unfailingly courteous and thorough. Breakfast was good at Nipah. I ate dinner twice at Etoile - the salmon dish was one of the best I’ve had. Bar Sky51 was outstanding in service, location and drinks selection. The health club and pool were good. The monsoon shower was a nice feature. Faisal at the front door was very obliging and helpful. In all an excellent hotel. I recommend it.

Another Wonderful Stay at EQ
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at EQ. From the Reservation Team to the Front Office and F&B teams, everyone provided excellent service and hospitality. A special thank you to David, the Reservation Manager, who explained everything clearly and made the reservation process smooth. I would also like to thank Tamang from Housekeeping for assisting us throughout our stay. Aliff and Fatin from the Front Office were also very helpful and provided great service. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. This was my second stay at EQ, and once again, it never failed to put me in the perfect staycation mood. Great job, everyone, and thank you for making our stay memorable!
