- • The rooms themselves were dark and lacked some comforts expected at this price (coffee maker, hair dryer, and minibar). Also, the bathroom ventilation didn't work properly.

- • Les oiseaux très bruyants vous réveillent à 5 heures du matin, ils ont fermé la route devant l'hôtel sans nous prévenir et le parking n'était pas inclus bien qu'il le prétende sur la réservation, c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi d'y séjourner

The hotel has charm and is very well located to visit the center of Oaxaca, a 5-7 minute walk. The bedding was very comfortable and the room clean. The rooftop pool and solarium were very pleasant.

- • Breakfast was not included and the restaurant offerings at the hotel were too expensive, we had breakfast outside. The water jugs in the hotel corridors were not replenished. While the room was nice, as well as the pool, the value for money seems too high compared to other hotels with "only" four stars, but offering more services.
