Best breakfast we've had at Hyatt and this is usually our go to hotel chain... Breakfast staff on days we ate there was excellent.!! Keeping all items clean and full and tables cleaned as people finished eating...very nice to see.!!!! Kudos to the staff taking care of us all...

- • Wish there would have been coffee during the day but we were in and out anyway. Also tried to get a beer at the bar but they didn't have any :) we were able to purchase some triple sec to make a cocktail in our room. Also there was a 7/11 close by if you wanted a beer and coffee next door at the Hilton...All good.!!!
I’m disappointed the room I booked was given to another guest.
None. The room that I booked was given to another guest. The reception did not even offer to upgrade to a room. I was disappointed telling me that because I booked with a third party I was not a priority and gave the room I booked to another guest. Didn’t even offer a discount at least.

- • The receptionist didn’t care about my room gave it to other guest and just shrugged saying that there was no two queen beds available. The bathroom was dirty it needed some scrubbing. The grout on tiles in the bathroom had red mold that dried up. They needed to be cleaned well or spray some chlorine on the tiles.
