The room on the 3rd floor was comfortable! The air conditioning was excellent!
The staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much to the young man and woman at check-in. The room was on the 3rd floor, spacious and clean, and the toilet and bath were easy to use! There was also Febreze and the basic amenities were very good 🙆♀️. If I were to mention something, be careful because there are stairs right after passing through the curtain! I'm clumsy, so I almost tripped (luckily no one saw it, lol)

- • The staff was 20 minutes late, even though we had specifically asked about our check-in time beforehand. The reception is almost never staffed. I asked via Booking for fresh towels, but this email was either not read or ignored.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and it is quite close to the train station where we arrived in Kyoto from Tokyo. You can easily walk there
