Great location in the heart of Schwabing and uncomplicated check-in/check-out process. The room has everything you need, including a hairdryer and hygiene items.

- • Unfortunately, in my case, there was only extremely hot water while showering or the temperature could not be regulated. Most of the time, there is no one at the reception, which on one hand ensures peace and privacy - but in such cases, it is a pity that no one is immediately available.
There is no staff, the room is decent but lacks shoe horn and a few small items.

One of my best accommodation experiences.
First of all, communication with the accommodation was very easy; information was provided clearly and promptly, and questions were answered quickly. The hotel is wonderfully accessible from the airport and is located in a beautiful district. A supermarket and a very good bakery are right next door. Self-check-in went smoothly and quickly; door code and key card worked perfectly. My room was comfortably furnished and lacked nothing. The absence of air conditioning was compensated by a fan, which kept the room pleasantly cool. The owner, whom I met at check-out, was incredibly nice and helpful. The correspondence was also very warm. I highly recommend the accommodation. It is perfect for getting to the city center and also ideal for stadium visitors.
