- • The distance from the center of Chania (15 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes by bus). The repetitive breakfast that you have to choose the day before for the next day. The lack of shade on the terrace, the provided umbrella is very small and offers no protection.
For a unique and private view of Rethymno
Room with a fantastic view of Chania and a private infinity pool. Very comfortable bed with a topper and high-quality sheets. Room design: lights, furniture, and modern, clear, and well-designed bathroom. The private pool is a significant plus, but unfortunately, ours had a tree in front (it was the suite furthest to the side) and limited our view of the sunset.

- • A 5-star hotel should provide valet service at reception, especially if the capacity of the property's parking is less than the number of rooms offered. They suggested I park on a street with a no parking and stopping sign, telling me that they do not take responsibility for moving cars, as I had asked to leave it in the garage in front of another car. Breakfast in the room, despite the service and privacy, limits choice and requires you to prepare the day before what you want to eat and drink.

Everything, highly recommended. Unfortunately, I fell off the chair, risking injury and breaking an ashtray, they came to clean and help me.

A wonderful experience from breakfast in the room with a stunning view to the kind staff.

A 10-minute drive from everything the port has to offer and 15 minutes from the airport. Free parking available. Vaso and Georgia were stunning, helped with everything, and even sent us to the airport with a lunchbox.
