Very good hotel near Shibuya
The huge shower, the view from the room, the complimentary mini bar... the comfort and quality of the bedding. Welcome to Japan :) The hotel's restaurants are also very good.

- • Room service closes early (9:30 pm). Room a bit noisy (which is normal given the hotel's location). The staff made several mistakes regarding the amount due at the end of the stay and was unable to inform me despite several requests on my part.
Everything was very good. The room was sublime. The staff was very pleasant. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Introduction to Our Japan Trip!!!
The Aoyama Grand was one of the highlights of our first trip to Tokyo. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with amazing city views, thoughtful amenities, and some of the kindest, most helpful staff we encountered in Japan — they even handled our luggage forwarding to Kyoto from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.
