- • Communication is zero. I requested a change on my booking giving Three months notice, I never heard anything back. I didn't have a code for the lock box until I arrived at the property and had to chase up the owner, one phone number is out of service. I have sent many messages via booking.com, also on the booking you have to contact Sykes cottages but they don't answer either. The sign for the property is hidden in bushes and easily missed making it look like you are about to drive up a private driveway, making it confusing as to where to find the property, they also used a photo which isn't the same view as when you drive in making it seem like you have the wrong place. Communication needs to improve.
Beautiful Broadwell
I was born and brought up in Broadwell many years ago so this felt like coming home. Had a very comfortable stay in this accommodation and was nice and warm throughout our stay. Had everything we wanted with a very generous welcome pack. Hopefully will get the opportunity to stay here again as there are plenty of walks from the doorstep or within a short travelling distance.

A lovely place to stay. Really cosy, well designed, clean, excellent quality bed and furniture, generous welcome hamper of eggs, biscuits, wine etc. Friendly hosts. ideal location in Cotswolds.
