Staff are friendly and really helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is gorgeous, the pool is bigger than we thought and the rooms are so lovely. Great location.

Fabulous boutique hotel with a lovely pool & very peaceful.
Everything, a haven of peace and tranquility in Mérida, walking distance from everything and so peaceful. Loved the pool and the staff were so amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay in an excellent and well located hotel with great staff - highly recommended
Small but excellent and very good accommodation with some very good staff and a great location. Early morning staff very good as we had some very early starts.

Beautiful Design Boutique Hotel.
The staff was friendly, but a bit cold. The breakfast was manageable. Each extra is charged. The coffee was very weak. Fresh towels were only available on request. Very nice hotel, the little extras could be improved.

Lovely hotel but the stay was marred at times by problems with the water supply and not enough communication.
Lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Good for those who want a combination of sightseeing and chilling out!

- • Problems with no water at times were frustrating particularly as it happened early evening and early morning- the worst times. Whilst the staff were helpful, we didn’t get enough proactive communication and managers seemed to be invisible leaving young staff to deal with the problem. Whilst it was resolved eventually each time, a hotel where you can’t get a shower isn’t good. Hopefully the situation has been resolved as otherwise, a lovely hotel.
Just stay here - you won’t regret it!
Absolutely everything. It is a beautiful place to stay. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious and every detail is well designed and carefully considered. The staff are wonderful, happy, friendly and able to sort out anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The single handedly sorted out a disastrous evening (not if they’re doing!!) for us and turned it into a great night. This is a real haven and a delight to return to after a day sightseeing or walking.
