- • The place was disgusting! Hair stuck to the shower walls, stains on the bed, and the linens were dirty. We booked for 3 nights and left after the first one, which was a terrible night. The next morning, they 'cleaned' while we were out, but the hair still remained on the shower walls. They charged us in advance and refused to provide a refund because it was against their policy. Just awful!!!

Beautiful, airy house. Poor soundproofing. A bit mosquito-y
The accommodation location is ideal. Spacious and convenient apartment with a kitchen, sofa, and desk. The staff is extremely helpful and lovely. The front porch has a cute flower tree. There is no elevator in the house, but the staff will help carry luggage upstairs if needed.

- • The house's soundproofing is not good. You can hear everything from the lower floor in the rooms above. The neighboring house opens windows to smoke and chat, causing a lot of noise on this side. When we arrived, it was drizzling rain, there were terrible mosquitoes, and there was no way to fix it. The staff gave us a few mosquito nets for the family, but some were usable and most importantly, the black mosquitoes were abundant at night. At night, I killed dozens of mosquitoes by hand (really), while the older ladies upstairs were bitten all over. The purpose of the vacation was to relax but couldn't sleep due to the annoying mosquitoes.

- • Very thin walls, you can hear people talking in other rooms. Almost no dishes and very stuffy in the room. Outside our room, there was a table where neighbors came to smoke and chat, and they could be heard in the room.
Convenient location. We often walked to the lake and nearby cafes and attractions. The staff was always ready to help with any questions. We didn't like the breakfast because the choice was only from the menu, where there wasn't much to choose from. So we went to an excellent cafe 5 minutes away, Trang's Cookery Restaurant. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever possible. It was very delicious and not expensive. By the way, it's better to travel to Dalat by private car. We stayed at a hotel for 2 days and walked around our route peacefully. We managed to see all the interesting places. We really liked the museum across from the park: Dalat Amusement Park. The cable car is a must-visit, as well as the temple located there. It's very convenient that you can reach all the attractions by taxi in just 10 minutes. In general, Dalat is a breath of fresh air in the middle of our long stay in Nha Trang.
