The staff were the most wonderful and friendly, the area was perfectly walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in the city, and the breakfast options were amazing!

The hotel was perfect, the rooms delightful and very clean, the staff pleasant. You can walk to the center which is very close. The only drawback, when coming by car, is the narrowness of the streets and the almost impossibility of parking. There is a paid garage on the main road that leads to the narrow streets and not very far from the hotel on foot. Perhaps the hotel should indicate this at the time of booking the accommodation!

While the staff and the hotel itself were great, the area around the hotel was rough and streets were somewhat poorly lit.

Great boutique hotel. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was good and filling. Room was great. Love the layout and decor. Would recommend to anyone going to Heraklion.

When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

Good hotel in Heraklion city. A bit disappointed when room was not ready even after the indicated check-in time.

The staff is very caring and always willing to help. The room was modern and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. My one complaint with this B&B as well as most of the B&B‘s in Crete was the plastic mattress protector that they use on the mattress. I can never sleep through the night without waking in a soaking sweat when they are used. I would like to suggest quilted fabric mattress protectors for the hotel. Much more upscale and can be laundered easily. It is a bit unfair to pick on this one Hotel regarding this issue because it exists in most of them. This hotel is in a great location and it’s a fun place to stay.
