Friendly staff, clean establishment, and exceptional location when traveling by car.
The location was great because we were traveling by car and therefore close to everything!! The receptionist who welcomed us upon arrival was super friendly and smiling. She recommended us where to eat even at 11:30 pm, not far from the hotel.

- • The only downside was the shower... Very strange that there was no shower tray.
The staff is nice, the hotel is close to the park. The pool view is great.

- • No breakfast, for that money you can find a much better location, this is really out of everything, without a taxi, you are nowhere.

- • We had booked a suite overlooking the inner courtyard; it's not a view!!! You have to keep the shutters closed, otherwise you can see each other inside the rooms. We changed rooms after one day. There is a sewer smell in the rooms and the 'kitchen' area is poorly equipped. There were no dish towels and several kitchen cabinet doors did not close. The beds are very uncomfortable and the sofa beds as well. The rooftop pool would be nice too, but very poorly maintained. Dirty (hair and debris) and ruined at the bottom; the armchairs in the pool area torn and dirty. I spoke with other people who were there. This hotel needs a good renovation.

- • We entered the room at 5:30 pm because they forgot to clean it, and after they cleaned it, we found hair everywhere on the towels and pillows, so we left for about an hour from the room
