Very good value for money.
Comfortable. And quiet. A walking distance to a few eateries. Next to it, there's a convenience store. Parking is also easy.

- • Stairs going up. Not suitable for wheelchair users. The receptionist was not always available. I had to call to get towels. Fortunately, there were some towels on the counter, and I was told to take them.
Needs improvement
The bathroom was okay; it looked clean, at least there weren't any strange insects. The shower water pressure was good, and the toilet and sink were clean. The air conditioning was very strong.

- • We had informed in advance that we would check in at midnight. However, when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. But the issue was with the sheets! Absolutely disgusting. The sheets were yellowed, which is understandable for a budget hotel, and they probably haven't been changed in years, but there were hairs on them—real human hair! I don't know which part of the body they were from. Not just one or two, but at least seven or eight... It was terrible... There was a yellowish liquid in the kettle; I don't know what it was… The soundproofing wasn't great, but it was bearable.
