The location is good and the hotel's exterior is lovely, I would like to stay again.
The room is spacious and has a sense of openness. The sofa by the window was comfortable and cozy.

- • Although there were skincare sets for two women (in a twin room), there was only one, so I called to request another one, but it was forgotten.

The room was clean, the indoor facilities were user-friendly, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The staff were also kind.

- • During check-in, the staff member in charge was of Chinese descent and had a very soft voice, making it hard to hear, so I asked for a louder voice. Also, their understanding of Japanese might have been lacking. When I asked about extending parking use, they misunderstood it as extending the checkout, causing a miscommunication. However, it was eventually sorted out, which was good.
Excellent staff attention, good amenities overall, very good breakfast. The room lacked dressers to store clothes, and in my case, traveling with my wife and daughter made it difficult to manage luggage on the floor without being able to properly store clothes. A detail that is important to us.

Always wonderful, but this time the suite room was on a level that cannot be compared with others.
