- • I booked a Premier Deluxe Room at a High floor which was said to have a view and no noise. I was allocated room on 3rd floor with a view but no view at all. And as this was a connected room, we could hear every sound from the guests staying in the other room. Hearing the other guests in the evening and in the morning was a frustrating experience.
Pool was a great addition and much needed dealing with heat and humidity. Breakfast was delicious with great option. Great value for money. Room big and comfortable bed. Friendly staff

Peut mieux faire pour un 5 étoiles
Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel à la réception compétent, bon niveau d’anglais. Les installations et services sont globalement de bon niveau (piscine, spa, sauna, gym, restaurants)

- • Des détails à améliorer : Le service au bar est beaucoup trop lent (3 a 4 personnes dernière le bar, une seule travaille vraiment et réalise les cocktails, les autres honnêtement je ne sais pas vraiment à quoi ils servent…)et le staff du bar et des restaurants n’ont pas un bon niveau d’anglais mise à part les managers. Les cocktails sont bons par ailleurs. Leur bière, comme toutes les bières de marques vietnamiennes sont mauvaises (en France on dirait que c’est de la bière de festival, un belge ne boirait jamais cela). Or il y a des bars bières dans le quartier qui proposent des bonnes ipa/pale ale et autre à la tireuse…la encore pour un 5 étoile c’est incompréhensible. L’offre de digestif est trop pauvre. L’espace couvert du roof top est beaucoup trop petit en cas de pluie. Pourquoi n’y a t’il pas d’installation prévu pour couvrir convenablement le roof top en cas de pluie, au Vietnam ?? Cela me dépasse…. L’eau de la piscine est parfois trouble… Les restaurants proposent une offre culinaire descente, mais ce n’est pas la finesse, ni la qualité des produits et de la cuisine, d’un restaurant gastronomique français par exemple (j’entends par la un restaurant gastronomique français sans étoile au guide Michelin), or le positionnement des restaurants d’un Hotel 5 étoiles ce veux celui ci. La carte des vins est trop pauvre, pas assez qualitative.
