Excellent location to visit the city
Impeccable welcome, modern and trendy structure. Very friendly staff, they asked us in advance if we were celebrating any occasion and set up the room for the birthday. The hotel is of the highest level both in concept and services.

- • Noise. The hotel should manage the internal music diffusion better so that it is not heard in the rooms early in the morning. We had to report it several times.

Very chic hotel, and a wonderful building… The staff was very attentive and the accommodations were very high-end… Do not miss the rooftop deck and bar…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star all the way. Amazing vibe and the architecture & design was edgy! & elegant. Great service & reception. Close to great Paseo with many restaurants and walking! The decor is very forward. I’ll be back to the hotel on my next visit to Merida👍
