Great location to visit the city
Impeccable welcome, modern and trendy structure. Very kind staff, they asked us in advance if we were celebrating any occasion and set up the room for the birthday. The hotel is of the highest level both in concept and services.

- • Noise. The hotel should better manage the spread of internal music so that it is not heard in the rooms early in the morning. We had to report it several times.
Great location. Chic comfortable hotel
Very chic!! In a lovely area 15-minute walk to the "town", but a beautiful walk to stroll and sightsee. Rooms were immaculate with all amenities. Rooftop area access to lounge day or night. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Sol is a sweetheart. Thank you!!

Overall pleasant, the guy who attends the pool bar provides excellent service and cares about the guests' comfort, a negative point was that we did not have internet service in the rooms during our stay, we understand that it was due to the general blackout in the area but they did not have a solution and did not seek to give us alternatives even though the common areas did have this service, so we could not carry out activities that required internet comfortably

Diez Diez is nicely situated, close to the main street and restaurants. Super great staff. Issa in the restaurant was amazing. She made an extra effort to connect with guests. Bathroom needs an upgrade and the carpet in the room hasn't been vacuumed in a while.

Great spot. Feels very private even though it's next to so much. Staff was great. Will stay here again.
