What was good was the location, and there were some basic items provided - a towel, hair dryer, water dispenser. There was also hot water for shower. They also had slippers to change to, so that you can keep your own footwear in the locker as you’ll have to be barefoot and leave your slipper on the floor outside the pod.

- • The service was just nasty. The check-in process went fine. But the next day, a friend of mine who wasn’t staying there wanted to use the toilet. There were no signs that this was not allowed. The reception was also empty and I was not able to ask if it was allowed. So my friend entered the toilet. Suddenly we heard a shout, and a male staff yelled and asked ‘What’s going on?’ I explained and showed him my key card and said I’m staying there and my friend wanted to borrow the toilet. He said nastily that ‘it’s not allowed.’ Another staff appeared and demanded that I paid 5MYR for this. I didn’t want to make a big fuss and just TNG the money over. There was no notice that said this was not permitted, and that we had to pay if we did. They stopped scolding once I showed that I paid. Shows that they’re just greedy for the 5MYR. The male staff continued to glare and give me dirty looks for the rest of my stay there. One of the USB charging ports in my pod was also spoilt, so I could only charge 1 device at a time. I was also told that some other pods had both ports spoilt as well. The safe in the pod was also not working. The locker was a bit small, and will not fit a carry-on luggage. There was a table for you to put your luggage out in the open. But not sure how safe that is.

The owners are very sweet and accommodating, taking the time to guide those new to capsules. The bed sheets and capsule itself were clean too.
