Okay for a few days
Staff very friendly and helpful. We were given a room that smelled heavily of smoke. After a short consultation, we immediately received another room in the courtyard. Unfortunately, rooms do not have a wardrobe and refrigerator. Not so good for a longer stay.

- • We indicated that we did not need room cleaning. The gentleman came to clean twice a day. Also in this hotel, guests are forced to pay by card. We wanted to pay for a drink in the evening and a 100 euro note was not accepted. The air conditioning blows right onto the bed. Unfortunately, there are construction sites all around the hotel, access is cumbersome. Access to bus and train is inconvenient. This hotel also charges additional taxes, even though all-inclusive was offered and promised during booking. Seems to be a problem with some systems...
It was a great stay and with a child, I would book it again because of the quiet location.
I was there with my 10-year-old child and found it great that there were games to play in the evening after a long day in the city. Overall, a great hotel... The room was also good... only our air conditioning did not work, but since the window could be completely opened... it was fine.

- • I found 21 euros per person for breakfast a bit steep... we didn't use it either.
Central location, great breakfast, very nice staff. There is a bar area and the option to order a snack until 10 pm.

Youthful hotel that does not meet the needs of a more mature age group.

- • No wardrobe in the room. Only one duvet in the double room. The breakfast does not offer value for money. Cold drinks for the room are way too expensive. The way from the subway station to the hotel is hardly accessible with luggage.
