Great disappointment
Unbearably hot rooms with only an air con freestanding fan which was ineffective in the heat . Could not sleep even with open windows . Lights in half the studio did not work and since we arrived late at night it was not fixable. The automated check in system did not work and despite having paid in advance our reservation was not recognised. The pre check in online process is irritatingly complex and clunky, even requiring passport details and credit card info despite having paid in advance . Very disappointing . I would not stay here again .
